Hygiene & Return Policy
Due to hygiene and personal-use regulations, opened products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or damaged upon arrival. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.
Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be in original, undamaged packaging.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Process
To initiate a return or report a damaged item, please contact our team at hello@silksponges.com.au with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
